At BELfitness our personal training sessions promise accountability, motivation, commitment, support and expertise. Brooke is tertiary qualified with an exercise and sport science background and experience in semi professional sport, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and pre and post natal training.
If you are wanting to improve your overall strength, cardiovascular fitness, rehabilitate an injury or rebuild after surgery, exercise during pregnancy, return to exercise post partum or focus on something sport-specific, then personal training is the way to go!
PT sessions can be 30min, 45min or 60min in length, are custom built to suit your needs, and are held at our NEW personal training studio!
