Our (previously named) Sweat class has had a glow up for 2025!
New to BELfitness is a weights focused, circuit based, whole body workout called STRONG. This semi-private style of group training allows you to work with a variety of equipment under the watchful eye of your instructor, ensuring that you perform your exercises correctly whilst getting the most out of your workout.
HIIT Pilates
This "hybrid" class is a fusion of traditional mat pilates with a high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) format, that combines strength, flexibility and a great cardio kick!
